Reported encounter location
Vergusha places a vortex at the repair yard and describes it throwing the player upward. That gives you a location lead for the encounter. The account does not establish a guaranteed survival sequence, immunity trick or required equipment; those claims would go beyond the available instructions.
Earlier update notes
The official Update 1 notes describe saved radio markers, added tutorial text and files, fixes for stuck or out-of-bounds spots and the crab-like pose, plus improved Dust Devil behavior. These are the developer’s stated changes. They do not prove that every occurrence on every installed build is resolved.
